Commercial storage and self-storage in Woking

General info – Located just off the M25, Send Business Centre’s storage facilities can be used for both personal and commercial storage. Access is available 24/7 for these brand new, watertight storage containers which are designed for ease of access – you can drive right up to the containers to move your items in and out.

Our minimum storage package includes:

  • 24 hour access, 7 days a week
  • Flexible terms
  • Peace of mind with onsite management

Price and Flexibility – There is no need to organise a long term contract to use our storage facilities, as we operate a simple ‘pay for what you use’ policy. When you no longer need the container, you can just drop off your keys without any penalty or leaving fees.

There are no hidden costs as our packages include everything except content insurance. You would also have to pay for a new set of keys if you lost them.

We have 24 hour CCTV in place, movement sensors and cast steel padlocks. Each container also has three additional locking points for extra security, should you need it.

Both can use our storage – our facilities range from self-storage containers to large scale warehouses. They are not exclusively used for commercial storage – we try to cater for everyone.

This all depends on how you are using our facilities – it can differ greatly between using a single storage container, or a full warehouse. If you have a specific query about contracts, it’s best to contact us directly and we can help you through.

Serviced Office Space FAQ

General info – We have a total of 34 offices that are available to rent and use. The starting, base level cost for rental is £400 pcm, and the minimum rental period is 12 months. All of our offices are fully air conditioned – although you should note that they do not have disabled access, and that are not all available fully furnished.

This depends on what services you require. Often large corporations simply want a large empty floor space in which to base their administration services. Small businesses tend to look for semi or fully serviced office space packages which include elements such as telephones, high-speed broadband and furniture. If you get in touch with us, you can tell us what you need and we can give you an all-inclusive monthly cost. Generally, your only additional costs will be a telephone bill, which we provide as a service rather than a revenue stream.

We can set up a new office with broadband on the day it is required, although this isn’t often requested. It also would not always be possible to install bespoke telephone, ISDN lines or furniture within this short timescale.
Send Business Centre’s bandwidth is 100MB (upload and download speed) but can increase to 1000MB within a short time, meaning it is one of fasted and best connected broadband sites outside of the city for short term rented office space.
Yes, but only tenants can rent our meeting rooms. We offer a selection of meeting rooms that tenants can rent by the hour, half day, or for a full day.
This varies with the length of your license and lease. It’s best to contact us to discuss your situation and then we can provide information on the notice period.
Send Business Centre’s car park can accommodate 250 spaces, so there will always be room to park.

Meeting Room FAQ

General info – Meeting rooms from Send Business Centre allow you to organise your meetings simply and effectively. They are easy for you and your visitors to get to, and can accommodate large and small groups. Pay only for the time you use and make use of our facilities and resources to help your day run smoothly. Our meeting room hire system is flexible, easy and designed to make organising meeting as simple as possible.

You can hire our meeting rooms on a half day or full day basis. If you are a tenant of Send Business Centre, you also have the option to hire meeting rooms by the hour. Our meeting room hire service is designed to offer you the maximum flexibility.

When you hire a meeting room with Send Business Centre, we can provide you with flipcharts and whiteboards, projectors, high speed internet, refreshments such as tea, coffee and water, and offer catering upon request. If you have not requested catering in advance, there are local facilities where you can find lunch. Our meeting rooms are also fully air conditioned.
Our meetings rooms can accommodate up to 12 guests, and there is also enough parking space for this amount of people.
Yes, there will be reception staff present at all times, for any queries you have or information you need.
